30MIN YOGA NIDRA (DEEP RELAXATION)

 

 

Shavasana

 

When lying in savasana, you will be guided into a deep relaxation, releasing tension from the body and letting go of doubts or worries from the mind.

 

For those who just feel like taking a 30min power nap or still meditation, you are also welcome to join.

Make sure you come on an empty stomic.

 

Savasana provides perfect relaxation and recuperation. The body is at rest and the mind comes to a state of stillness yet awareness. When savasana is well performed, the body, breath and mind come into harmony, moving towards the real self like a spider returning to the centre of its web. This results in a refreshed and clear mind, and greater energy and ease.
